We are delighted to announce that Donna Brown has joined Propertri to manage the day to day running of Propertri operations, property management and customer service.
Donna was already pretty familiar with Propertri as the owner of WeKlean, our professional cleaning partner, who clean all of our properties and restock them with fresh linen and laundry. In addition to ensuring that we keep our properties in tip-top shape, Donna will also manage day-to-day operations, including our busy on-the-ground maintenance teams and local suppliers.
As Donna has already set up and ran a successful cleaning business covering the whole of South Wales we thought she would be able to handle a few extra jobs. So she also looks after our most important assets, our customers, to ensure they enjoy their time in South Wales. Donna will be the person customers speak to about availability and booking properties as well as dealing with any requirements during their stay.
She will liaise with our property owners to ensure that all guest screening procedures are efficient and effective. She has also taken over responsibility for the smooth running of our reservations system, updating listings and advertising our properties on our partner accommodation portals including Booking.com, Trip Advisor, Expedia and Vrbo.
All in all, it’s safe to say that Donna will be key to the continued success of Propertri as we launch new accommodation in Newport and expand our properties further afield in South Wales and beyond.
